What to expect on delivery day: please make sure there's a clear space for the item and, where relevant, a nearby plug socket before we arrive. We'll only take the packaging away once you're happy with everything, in case a return is needed.

Where do we deliver to? Mainland Great Britain (England, Scotland & Wales). Outlying islands may be possible for an extra courier fee — get in touch to check.

Damaged in transit? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement, or offer a discount / replacement parts for cosmetic damage — the choice is yours.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to return most items. Contact us with your order number and return reason and we'll send instructions. You can post it back yourself or use our collection service (a small charge applies, waived if the return is due to a fault within 14 days).

Restocking fees only apply if items come back used, damaged, or missing original packaging or accessories.
