Trade-Ins
We now accept trade-ins for adjustable beds, whether your old bed is in working condition or faulty. Trade-ins are available for customers across mainland England, Scotland, and Wales.
If trade-ins are available for a product, you’ll see a “Trade-In” option on the product page. Simply enter details about your current adjustable bed, and a discount code will appear for you to use at checkout. Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you to arrange collection of your old bed at the same time we deliver your new one.
Our Trade-In Prices
In addition to free collection, we offer the following discounts when you trade in your old adjustable bed:
In Working Condition
- Standard Adjustable Bed: £100
- Premium Adjustable Bed (with massage or advanced features): £150
Faulty or Non-Working Condition
- Standard Adjustable Bed: £50
- Premium Adjustable Bed: £75
How We Set Our Trade-In Prices
Traditional furniture retailers often offer large trade-in discounts by inflating retail prices, meaning customers end up paying more overall.
As an online retailer, we keep our prices fair and transparent. We offer realistic trade-in values on top of our already competitive pricing, ensuring you always get the best deal possible while enjoying the convenience of free collection for your old bed.
If You Cancel or Return a Trade-In Order
Please note that all trade-ins are final and cannot be returned. If you cancel or return your new adjustable bed after completing a trade-in, we will:
- Cover the return collection cost for your new bed, and
- Issue a cheque for any remaining trade-in credit, after deducting restocking or damage fees (if applicable).
Example:
You purchase a £1000 adjustable bed and trade in your old premium adjustable bed for a £150 credit. If you return your new bed undamaged and in its original packaging, we:
- Waive the £70 return collection fee, and
- Send you a £150 cheque for your trade-in credit.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
