⚙️ Submitting a Warranty Claim

If you ever experience an issue with your adjustable bed, we’re here to help.
Simply click the “Submit Warranty Request” button below and fill out the short form. Our support team will respond within 1 working day to arrange inspection or repair — quickly and professionally.


🛠️ Warranty Coverage

Every PhysioMatic adjustable bed comes with a 1-year standard warranty (and extended warranty options on selected models).

  • Any manufacturing faults or component failures
  • Electrical or motor malfunctions
  • Mechanical defects that prevent normal operation

During the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace any faulty part free of charge — including home visits by our service engineers if required.

🔧 If You Need a Warranty Repair

  • Minor or obvious faults: Our engineer will visit your home and repair or replace the faulty part — completely free of charge.
  • Complex issues or diagnostics: We’ll arrange a free collection of your bed for inspection and repair at our workshop. Most repairs are completed within 3 working days.
  • No fault found or user-related damage: If inspection reveals no manufacturing issue, we’ll contact you with a transparent quote for repair and return. (Optional insurance covers these situations too.)

🧾 Warranty Exclusions

  • Accidental or user-caused damage (spills, scratches, misuse)
  • Normal wear and tear (fabric marks or fading)
  • Electrical damage from misuse or power surges
  • Damage during transport outside mainland UK
  • Any issue resulting from improper assembly or alteration
