At PhysioMatic we bring the experience to your home. We understand that visiting numerous stores can be inconvenient — that’s why our advisors come to you with demonstration beds so you can evaluate comfort and features in your own environment.
One of our trained Product Specialists will visit you by appointment with a demonstration model. You’ll try different positions, explore optional extras (such as massage, USB ports or storage), and discuss fabrics, colours and styles. Afterwards we’ll leave you with a quotation — the choice is entirely yours.
Yes — we actively encourage you to have a friend or family member present so you feel comfortable and supported during the demonstration and decision-making process.
Yes — delivery, installation and removal of your old bed (where required) are part of our full service. We ensure your new adjustable bed is set up correctly and you’re happy before we leave.
Because our beds are handmade and often customised, delivery times vary. We’ll confirm the expected date at the time of your quotation and keep you updated every step of the way.
Not every mattress is suitable for adjustable frames. Our specialists will recommend mattresses designed specifically to flex with the bed mechanism — ensuring optimal comfort and durability.
