At PhysioMatic, we want every customer to be completely confident in their purchase. Each of our adjustable beds is handcrafted to order — built uniquely for you. While our products are made with care and precision, we understand that sometimes plans change. This page explains everything you need to know about cancellations, returns, and refunds in a transparent and customer-friendly way.

❌ Cancelling an Order

⏰ How Long Do I Have?

You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund only if:

  • The order has not yet been dispatched, or
  • The item remains unopened and in “as new” condition.

🛏️ Made-to-Order Products

All PhysioMatic adjustable beds are custom-built to your selected size, style, and configuration. Because each bed is made to your personal specifications, these orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable once production has begun.

If you notify us immediately after ordering, we’ll do our best to adjust or cancel your order before it enters production — though this cannot always be guaranteed.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless faulty. This includes any product that has been used, assembled, or custom manufactured.

💷 Cancellation Fees

  • Before dispatch: No cancellation fee will apply.
  • After receiving your order: You can still cancel within 14 days, but return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund (see rates below).

📦 Returning an Item

If your item is unused, non-bespoke, and in its original packaging, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund.

✅ 5 Easy Steps to Return

  1. Keep your packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
  2. Submit a return request: Contact us at support@physiomatic.co.uk or through our online form.
  3. Take clear photos: Photograph the product before return to record its condition.
  4. Send or arrange collection: Use a tracked courier or ask us to arrange collection.
  5. Refund issued after inspection: Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after assessment.

💡 Using our courier collection service is often cheaper and easier than arranging your own shipment.

♻️ Used Products

Used products can be returned, but a reasonable restoration fee will be deducted to cover:

  • Cleaning or sanitizing costs
  • Replacement of damaged parts
  • Depreciation in resale value

We only deduct what is necessary to restore the product — never more.

⚡ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your adjustable bed arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We’ll arrange a full refund or replacement and cover all return shipping costs.

Please note:

  • A product is deemed faulty only if it has a mechanical, electrical, or structural defect.
  • Personal preference (e.g., comfort level or suitability) does not qualify as a product fault.
